We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. Any refund request following the Product purchase date will be subject to the prior authorization by TeraByte Infotech and acceptance of such request shall be at the sole discretion of TeraByte Infotech. Refunds will only be processed within 30 days from the time of purchase.
Need change something about your order? You can Email us at sales@terabyteinfotech.com to change the product on your order such as upgrade product edition from Standard to Professional, update an address or payment method. we will get back to you by email within two business day regarding your request.
Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. If you placed an order by Mistake, and don't want to use it anymore, we will cancel the order only if you don't Activate the license after purchase or we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. TERABYTE INFOTECH reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.
