In these Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Purchase Terms”) and website usage:
You’re responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use.
In case of unauthorized use, you’ll immediately notify us in case of such. We will not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We don’t have access to your current password – all passwords are encrypted for security reasons, we may only reset your password.
We don’t have access to your data in this case, because the passcode manager is purely offline software. So if you forget your login password, you can reset it your own. If you find any trouble in resetting password, please contact us by raising an issue in Help desk: https://helpdesk.terabyteinfotech.com or write to support@terabyteinfotech.com. we will help to reset your password.
TeraByte does not arbitrate disputes over who owns an account / license. You won’t request access to or information about an account / license that’s not yours, and you’ll resolve any account-related disputes directly with the other party. We decide who owns an account / license based on the content of the emails in that account, and if multiple people or entities are identified in the content, then we’ll rely on the contact information listed for that account.

Any Freeware software product supplied by TeraByte Infotech may have limitations and features, it may me time limit or Entry/Record limit. The freeware product will either stop working after expiry date or limit the further record save function after freeware limit achieved. Should that happen, users are advice to upgrade or purchase software and Activate in order to continue using the product.

Any refund request following the Product purchase date will be subject to the prior authorization by TeraByte and acceptance of such request shall be at the sole discretion of TeraByte. Refunds will only be processed within 30 days from the time of purchase.

You hereby agree that TeraByte shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service
The information you provide us with may be used according to our privacy policy. The referred privacy policy is part if this terms and conditions.
TeraByte Infotech will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Service, from any cause beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, power blackouts, volcanic action or any pandemic conditions, unusually severe weather conditions, Covid-19 and acts of hackers or third-party internet service providers.
Amendments or changes to these Terms won’t be effective until we post revised Terms on the Website. If we don’t immediately take action on a violation of these Terms, we’re not giving up any rights under the Terms, and we may still take action at some point.
You may not assign any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. We may assign our rights to any other individual or entity at our discretion.
TeraByte Infotech is not responsible for the behaviour of any advertisers, linked websites, or other Members.
In the event of a security breach that may affect you or anyone with an account, we will do our best possible notify you of the breach within 72 hours and provide a description of what happened. Should we prompt you further action you should take e.g. change of password etc. please take those steps as you are responsible to your account management.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kerala and the applicable laws of the India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of the Kerala, India.
